27 Jun 23 John Denholm elected to ICS Marisec Board At this week's International Chamber of Shipping board meeting and AGM UK Chamber of Shipping Immediate Past President John Denholm was elected as one of four vice chairs of the ICS Marisec Board, the operating company of ICS. Alongside fellow vice chairs from Cyprus, the Philippines and Singapore and other board members John has responsibility for oversight of Marisec and ensures that the secretariat services provided to ICS are professional and provided on a sound financial footing.Commenting on his election John said:"I'm delighted to have been elected to the ICS Marisec Board. ICS is a vital element of the international shipping community providing an important voice in institutions such as the IMO."I look forward to working with other vice chairs and fellow board members to help ensure that ICS continues to provide value for money for members and the wider international shipping community.
