The UK Chamber’s Summer Lunch returns to Edinburgh on 9 June, bringing members and partners together for a networking event that celebrates Scotland’s vital contribution to UK shipping.

Members are invited to Save the Date and register for the joint meeting of the British Rig Owners Association (BROA) Technical Committee and Offshore Panel, taking place the morning of Tuesday 9 June 2026 in Edinburgh.

The Chamber will be hosting an online-only training course on the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC) including the updates made in 2025; how it has come to be the fourth pillar of international regulation for shipping, alongside SOLAS, MARPOL and STCW.

The UK Chamber's AGM will take place this year at Glaziers Hall.

The British Rig Owners Association (BROA), shall be hosting its next hybrid Technical Committee on Friday, 20 March, kindly hosted by the American Bureau of Shipping in Aberdeen.
