The full set of agenda notes for the meeting, including minutes from the previous meeting, will be circulated to all Members one week prior to the meeting date. Members wishing to add topics, issues, or proposals for discussion are requested to inform Elise Nyborg or Francesco Sandrelli (fsandrelli@ukchamberofshipping.com) by Wednesday, 15 May.

A buffet lunch will be provided for in-person participants from 12:00 to 12:30.

Upon registering, Members will receive a calendar invitation to add to their personal schedules for convenience.

Members should note that immediately following the Safety and Environment Committee meeting, the inaugural meeting of the Chamber's new Safety of Alternative Fuels Working Group will be held. Scheduled for the following day, from 10:00 to 14:00 BST, this meeting will also take place at the ICS offices.
