Harry Brown is Public Affairs Manager at the UK Chamber of Shipping, leading on the Chamber’s engagement across Parliament, Whitehall and wider political stakeholders.

He has a background in corporate affairs, government relations, and constituency politics, with experience across energy, transport, and infrastructure policy. Before joining the Chamber, Harry worked at a Corporate Affairs Agency, advising organisations on political engagement and regulatory strategy.

Harry joined the UK Chamber of Shipping in January 2026.
