Matthew looks after Chamber policy relating to ferry and cruise issues, UK border controls and provides policy advice regarding the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union.

Matthew joined the UK Chamber in August 2017, after working for nine years in the shipping industry. He holds an LLM in International Law and an MSc in Maritime Policy.
