Policy Advisor – Employment, Legal & Taxation Location: London Bridge (Hybrid)Salary: £33,000–£37,000 + benefitsClosing date: 21 April 2026In this dynamic role you will monitor key developments, support our members with expert advice, lead policy discussions, and contribute to high‑impact advocacy work across government and industry bodies. You’ll work closely with colleagues, committees and external partners to analyse issues, coordinate member views and help craft the Chamber’s policy positions.This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference to the UK’s maritime landscape. From employment legislation and immigration procedures to seafarer taxation and marine law, you’ll gain broad exposure to some of the sector’s most important issues.We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, quick to learn, analytically strong and comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
