BTA AGM, Conference & Dinner, 10 April 2019
The date and location of the British Tugowners Association AGM, Conference and Dinner has now been confirmed. The BTA will hold its Annual General Meeting and Conference at the Formby Hall Resort, Liverpool on Wednesday 10 April 2019
This premier event in the UK towage industry calendar brings together leaders of the UK and European towage industry to discuss strategic issues, regulatory matters and the future of the industry. With leading tugowners, builders, class societies, maritime professional services firms and manufacturers all together to champion the industry, horizon scan and network.
The BTA Annual Dinner will be held in the evening and the annual golf competition, for the Sir William Crosthwaite Cup, will take place the following morning. Members and guests of all standards welcome!
The BTA is delighted to accounce that Sanmar Shipyards, will be gold sponsors of the conference, which will showcase leadership in the towage industry.
As well as members of the BTA, members of UK Chamber of Shipping, in particular those who attend the Harbour Towage Panel, are welcome and encouraged to attend the conference and dinner, and join in the golf if they wish. Non-members of the BTA or UK Chamber are also welcome and encouraged to get insight and access into leaders of the industry, with spaces available at a non-member rate.
The AGM (for current BTA members only) will be held in the morning and be followed by buffet lunch. The conference is scheduled to start at approximately 1300 and will be followed by a drinks reception and the Association's Annual Dinner in the evening.
