This webinar will launch the National Maritime Occupational Health and Safety publication "Practical guidelines to shipping companies on improving mental wellbeing".

As well as an introduction to the guidelines there will be a panel discussion which will explore practical examples of what we can do to build and support a mentally healthy industry both at sea and ashore.
