IMO circular letter - Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Guidance concerning unforeseen delays in the delivery of ships

Please find below the IMO circular letter No.4204/Add.7 issued on 3 April 2020 which informs about the unified interpretations approved by the Maritime Safety Committee on the application of MARPOL and SOLAS regulations governed by building contract date, the keel laying date and the delivery date in the event of unforeseen delay in the delivery of ships.
